Our physiotherapy services include manual therapy for muscle & joint injuries, exercise rehabilitation programmes and advice & education for self management, injury prevention and recovery from all sports, spinal and occupational injuries.
Manual therapy – gentle & safe ‘hands-on’ joint mobilisation and manipulation by qualified physiotherapists. Soft tissue techniques and other techniques such as 'Dry Needling' may also be used to manage your condition.

Clinic Location
Our clinic is located within the Mt Eden Medical Centre at 457 Mt Eden Rd - corner of Grange Rd and Mt Eden Rd. There is parking available onsite and in surrounding residential streets. There is wheelchair access from the carpark.
Clinic Hours
Monday through Friday, 7.30am – 6.30pm and on Saturday mornings by appointment.
Christmas Hours - Our clinic will be closed for a period of 2 weeks from Friday, Dec 23rd, 2011. The clinic will resume limited hours on Monday 9th Jan and regular hours on 16th Jan, 2012.
We also offer offsite services if it is most appropriate to see you at work or at home (Conditions apply).
You can see us directly without a referral from a doctor or specialist. If your injury has been registered with ACC, a portion of your fees will be covered.
